Sarah Kissane founded Brain to Build after more than two decades of building businesses, advising leaders, improving the way work gets done and turning ideas into things people can actually use.
She has founded and operated two businesses, worked with senior leaders across major organisations, designed training adopted nationally and taken products from an initial problem through to commercial delivery.
Her career has crossed executive recruitment, business operations, product development, education, research, writing and independent publishing. While the work has changed, the approach has remained consistent: listen closely, understand what is really happening and build a practical way forward.

It began with a real operational problem inside a rural contracting business. Sarah worked through how the business priced, quoted and managed its work, then turned that knowledge into one practical tool built around the business.
Field Logic demonstrates what is possible when knowledge that once lived primarily through experience is captured and made usable by others.
