These terms apply when you use braintobuild.com.au. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement.
Brain to Build, ABN 59 163 150 150, Bathurst NSW 2795. Contact sarah@braintobuild.com.au.
The site describes what we do and lets you ask for a demo. It is general information, not advice for your particular business. Before you act on anything here, check it against your own circumstances or ask us.
The screens shown on the Field Logic pages come from a working demonstration set up for a fictional business called Flow Plumbing. Every customer name, address, phone number, email address, job and dollar figure in those screens is invented for the demonstration. Any resemblance to a real person or business is coincidental.
Sending the demo form is a request, not a booking and not a contract. We will get back to you to arrange a time. We may decline a request, and we may stop offering the demo at any point.
Field Logic is configured for each business, so any price we discuss depends on what has to be set up for you. Nothing on this site is a fixed price or an offer capable of acceptance. The scope, cost and deliverables are agreed in writing before any work begins.
The wording, layout, graphics, screens and the Brain to Build and Field Logic names on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Using the site does not transfer any of that to you.
Where we link to another site, we are pointing you at something useful, not vouching for it. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them.
We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove any part of it without notice.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights cannot be excluded. Beyond them, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that arises from relying on the general information on this site, and our liability is limited to supplying the relevant information again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Our privacy policy explains what we do with the details you give us.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
